According to the Chinese Visa requirements, foreigners who apply for Student and Work Visa have to follow relevant regulations, attend medical examination and submit the physical examination form. For better management, the Embassy has designated two hospitals: "The University Teaching Hospital of Kigali" or CHUK and "King Faisal Hospital" as the recognized hospitals that provide medical examination and fill the Foreign Physical Examination Form (validity is less than 3 months). It is advised that all individuals applying for Student Visa and Work Visa to go to one of the two above mentioned hospitals. Physical Examination Forms from other local hospitals will not be accepted.
If the applicant has taken medical examination in China in less than six (6) months, he/she can use the Foreign Physical Examination Form or Physical Examination Certificate from a Chinese hospital to apply for visa.
This measure shall be taken into implementation from February 1st, 2019. Applicants are required to submit original and photocopy of completed Foreigner Physical Examination Form with a stamped passport photograph affixed to the form and all test results records.
