On August 23, the Chinese Embassy in Rwanda hosts a farewell reception ceremony for 80 Rwanda students who are beneficiaries of the Chinese Government Scholarships 2023. The students will travel to China in near future to pursue higher education. H.E. Mr. Wang Xuekun, the Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda, Mr. Phillip Karenzi, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Ms. Rose Mukankomeje, Director General of the Higher Education Council join and congratulate the students, wish all of them a pleasant and fruitful study in China, and look forward to having them return home with knowledge and skill to better serve the country and people, promote the friendly cooperation between China and Rwanda.
